Ordering

You can order our products directly from our online store or you can contact a local distributor.
If you place your order online, you can always view its status from your orders history page.

Prices

All prices are shown in Tunisian Dinars and include all taxes.
To pay in other currencies, all charges will be submitted in Tunisian Dinars when you make payment and converted to your currency by your financial institution at the time of the transaction.

Payments

You may pay by Visa, Master Card, wire transfer, and postal order.
We do accept tunisian Visa and MasterCard.
Please note, wire transfer payments usually take 3-5 business days to clear. We will not ship your order until your payment is verified by our bank.

Shipping

As soon as we receive your payment, we will proceed to shipping your order.
We use Rapid Poste for shipping all orders. This party may use Fedex or DHL for international shipment.
Delivery usually takes 24 hours for tunisian destinations and 3-5 business days for international orders.

Return Policy

If your item is defective or malfunctioning please email us, we would be happy to attempt to resolve your issue. We do not offer a refund for bought items. If you contact us within 90 days from receipt, we could provide you with a replacement. Please first contact us before sending any package.

Privacy

All your private data is kept secret. We do not sell or give personal information to any third party. Your user information are only used to ship your goods or to contact you in case of an order or shipping problem. We will not send you any advertisements or spam your email box.
As a security measure, we do not store your bank account information or credit card number on our servers.

Copyright Protection

We try to promote open source projects as much as possible and give credit to the original owner.
Distribution of copyrighted design files or illegally cracked softwares in our website is prohibited. If you think somebody in our website is violating your copyrights please contact us.
